Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM) therapy is a manual therapy technique that utilizes specially designed instruments to detect and treat soft tissue dysfunction. These instruments are typically made of stainless steel or other materials and have various shapes and sizes.

IASTM

IASTM is a safe procedure, but it may cause some temporary side effects such as skin soreness and redness which should dissipate within 48-72 hours.
